Quality Technician

Do you have experience with quality in a manufacturing environment, and do you enjoy identifying the root causes of problems, implementing effective solutions, and driving processes forward? We’re looking for a colleague who will serve as a key partner to the production team in ensuring the high quality of our products and processes.

What will your job responsibilities be?

• Represent customer requirements in production in accordance with the IATF 16949 standard
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of production processes
• Analyze the causes of nonconformities, complaints, and internal quality issues
• Propose and implement corrective and preventive measures
• Manage and update process documentation, inspection plans, and work procedures
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Collaborate on the introduction of new products and processes into mass production
• Evaluate quality metrics and prepare regular reports
• Train employees in quality and promote compliance with established standards
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
• Provide professional support and mentoring to team members

What do we expect from you?

• High school or college degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, quality assurance)
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance at a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard
• Familiarity with quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.)
• The ability to analyze data, identify the causes of problems, and propose effective solutions
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of English at a conversational level is a plus
• Independence, responsibility, and diligence
• A systematic approach and a focus on results
• Ability to work as part of a team and strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems effectively
• The ability to make decisions and take responsibility for one's decisions
• Stress resilience and the ability to work under time pressure
