Technologist Standards Specialist

We are looking for a Production Engineer / Standardization Specialist to join our team who will help us set accurate production times, prepare cost estimates, and serve as a partner to the production department in finding efficient solutions.

What can you expect from us?

• creation and management of time-usage standards,
• setting and updating production times when products and processes change,
• addressing suggestions and requests from production,
• collaboration with colleagues from production, engineering, and other departments,
• preparing regular evaluations and reports,
• preparing and reviewing product cost estimates,
• working with bills of materials, manufacturing procedures, production times, and packaging,
• contribute to the introduction of new products into production.

Who are we looking for?

• someone who understands numbers and doesn't see Excel as the enemy,
• a colleague who can navigate technical drawings with ease,
• a person with imagination—you can visualize a product, a process, and where a problem might arise,

• Experience with standardization and cost estimates is a major advantage, but not a requirement.
