Production Manager

We are looking for a leader who can lead people, manage production, and see things through to completion.

Do you have experience managing production and aren’t afraid to take on responsibility? Can you effectively organize your team’s work, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that production runs smoothly? Then we’re looking for you!

What will your day-to-day work involve?

• You will lead the assigned portion of the production team and serve as its main pillar of support,
• You will be responsible for the performance, quality, deadlines, and smooth operation of the department under your supervision,
• You will oversee machinery and production processes,
• you will look for ways to speed up, streamline, and improve production,
• You will set priorities and help foremen solve day-to-day problems on the production floor,
• You will ensure that deadlines, quality standards, and production targets are met
• you will identify the causes of losses and propose specific measures for improvement,
• You will help stabilize and gradually optimize the department's operations.

• Do you have experience managing people in manufacturing,
• You can manage production through clear priorities, data, and daily communication with the team,
• You are able to take responsibility for the results of the entire department,
